Biography

Dr Debashish Dev is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow specializing in energy transition, communication, sustainable development, and community engagement. His research interests focus on communication frameworks and information ecosystems to improve stakeholder engagement and manage social risks in energy projects, particularly in agricultural and regional contexts.

Dr Dev investigates the interplay between energy, society, and technology, exploring sustainable energy transition policies and practices that balance economic, environmental, and social priorities. He develops participatory monitoring frameworks, evaluates policies, and integrates energy, agricultural, and regional development strategies to support long-term socio-economic growth and regional resilience in energy transitions.
