Biography
Dr Joe Lane is a Senior Research Fellow at the UQ Gas & Energy Transition Research Centre and the leader of its Decarbonisation and Energy Security themes. He has multi-disciplinary research experience in life cycle assessments, energy systems, and environmental sustainability.
Joe’s expertise includes developing advanced life cycle assessment methodologies and applying them to urban water planning and energy transitions. He has contributed to projects in Australia and internationally, enhancing the understanding and management of energy systems and environmental impacts.
